What a great reminder:
Leaders who are secure in their heavenly Father's love are free
to serve , expecting nothing in return. They do not need their egos stroked in
order to function in their role as leaders. They have a healthy belief in
themselves and do not look to others for acceptance and approval. They are
happy to serve because they know they are deeply loved by God . (Larry kreider-
